La casa si presenta molto carina, luminosa ed accessoriata con cucina e zona living arredata in maniera impeccabile, letto matrimoniale due letti singoli ed un divano letto e tv. A poca distanza si può ammirate uno scorcio di panorama mozzafiato ed a circa 200m c è il porto di baia I collegamenti sono ottimi si può arrivare facilmente a molte spiagge ed al castello di baia. Il prezzo è davvero competitivo ed i proprietari sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi info. Decisamente soddisfatto
La casa di Baia é un alloggio super confortevole e molto grazioso. Ottima posizione, molto pulito.Sembra davvero di stare a casa propria, la struttura ha tutto quello che si puó desiderare.Lo consiglio a chiunque
Das Apartment hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Eine Klima hatten wir nicht aber es war trotzdem auszuhalten. Wir waren schon in einigen Apartments und dieses Zähle ich zu einem der Besten, da man nicht alles noch nach Kaufen muss Positiv ( Ich benenne nur die Dinge die nicht in der Beschreibung genannt werden) -Toilettenpapier ( das erste Apartment in dem ich war das Toilettenpapier hatte ohne das man noch zum Laden musste dafür) - Schwamm ( Auch nicht üblich) - Geschirrtuch ( Auch nicht üblich) - Föhn ( Auch nicht üblich) - Zucker - Italienische Kaffee bereiter + Kaffeepulver - Feuerzeug für den Gasherd - Bügeleisen - Müll tüten - Spülmittel - Ich habe mich sicher gefühlt - Parkplatz wird von ein Großen Tor mit Fernbedienung zum Öffnen geschützt Es gab eigentlich alles um normal einen Haushalt zu frühen ohne alles noch kaufen zu müssen Negativ - Anfahrt dort hin, alles sehr steil und kurvig ( nichts für schwache Nerven) - Parksituation alles sehr eng auch die Verfügbaren Plätze. Meist sind wir sehr spät gekommen das wurde zu einer Herausforderung, alle guten Plätze belegt sehr eng und knapp sache meist nur noch 1 Parkplatz gefunden ( zum Glück ) - Der Müll ( es gibt 5 Verschiedene Mülleimer im Apartment) Draußen stehen nur 2 Tonnen man es gibt verschiedene Wochentagen an dem ein bestimmter Müll in die Tonne kommt ist etwas kompliziert und wir waren sehr Ahnungslos ( letztendlich haben wir den Müll im Apartment gelassen ( leider) Zum Strand und Umgebung können wir leider nicht viel sagen da wir meist in anderen Gegenden Unterwegs waren. Ich kann es gewissenhaft weiterempfehlen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhätnis ist Top

Ottima posizione, aria familiare, grande disponibilità del titolare, comodissimo parcheggio auto interno. Siamo stati molto bene, la casa è a due passi da tutte le attrazioni, centro termale e servizi, siamo stati coccolati dall’inizio alla partenza, grazie Anna e grazie Tiziana! Torneremo sicuramente
